What other people are saying about our courses
A comprehensive, amazing teacher training which is extremely well rounded and taught with the highest level of professionalism. Would recommend to anyone wanting a deep and broad understanding of yoga, its cultural and historic roots, breath work, meditation and anatomy.
Simple, life changing and I loved every minute.
Beyond my Wildest Dreams
The Seasonal Yoga online training broadened my horizons beyond my wildest dreams, and all from my own bedroom in a terraced house in Glasgow.
A Life Changing Experience
I am so glad I completed my teacher training with Seasonal Yoga, it was truly a life changing experience and I feel like a different person from when I started. Way more in-depth than I was expecting and a lot of work, but 100% worth it.
