Spring is a time where the sap is rising and our energy should be doing the same. A time to focus on rooting down into our foundations and stretching the muscles out after winter. On this Online Seasonal Yoga Course, you will learn how to tailor your lifestyle and yoga practice to the energy of the spring season.
This course is designed for existing yoga teachers and will guide you through creative ideas to bring the energy of the spring season into your classes.
