The Winter: This course is ideally studied between the dates of 21st December – 20th March
Winter is a time of rest and renewal. A period where we can draw inwards and reflect on the experiences of the year. On this Online Seasonal Yoga Course, you will learn how to tailor your lifestyle and yoga practice to the energy of the winter season.
This course is designed for existing yoga teachers and will guide you through creative ideas to bring the energy of the winter season into your classes.
This course includes:
- 10 hours structured online study
- Yoga postures for winter
- Posture workshops and teaching points
- Winter Meridian lines
- Qigong and energy work for winter
- Diet and Lifestyle tips for winter
You will also receive for FREE:
- 3 months access to Julie’s online class library (worth £27)
- 12 online yoga classes with Julie Hanson (worth £120)
